Dr. Brooke uses safe and effective treatments to help patients out of pain which includes, but is not limited to, women while pregnant as well as assisting infants out of colic, torticollis, latching and digestive issues/distress to name a few. For parents that wish to see their children potentially get off of medication, sleep longer, be more content and energetic chiropractic may be the answer. She also aids in the alleviation of athletes and everyday working persons with pain, posture, digestive and food allergy issues.
Dr. Brooke’s passion for Chiropractic and Health Sciences started while competing in softball at Clovis West High School & with other traveling teams. During this time she suffered a nearly paralyzing injury, and through chiropractic healing practices was able to make a full recovery and return to the softball field. After graduating from Clovis West Dr. Brooke continued her relationship with the school while coaching the JV Softball team until she relocated to Southern California to receive her BS in Kinesiology from Long Beach State University.
During her time spent receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic at LACC, Brooke was deeply involved with events such as the Wildflower Triathlon, where she worked as a student intern doctor treating tri-athletes; as well as the AIDS Life Cycle, a 10 day bike tour from San Francisco to Los Angeles treating cyclists who ride in support of the elimination of AIDS and HIV. In 2011 and 2012 Brooke attended the National Chiropractic Legislative Conference in Washington D.C. where she spoke with legislators about the current health initiative and the benefits of chiropractic. Dr. Brooke has also served on numerous board committees at LACC including the Pediatric Club, Sports Injury Council, Healing Hands for Humanity (H3) and the Educational Advancement Committee. While in school she also became certified in Rock Tape FMT1, K Tape, Activator and Graston Module 1 and CPR/ First Aid. She is also certified in the Webster Technique that deals specifically with pregnancy and helping pregnant women maintain a healthy and happy pregnancy.
While at LACC, Dr. Brooke completed internship hours working in Southern California University’s Health Center, CSU Fullerton’s Health Center and also at USC as a student doctor intern. She also completed charitable work at the OC Rescue Mission, a satellite of CSU Fullerton’s clinic, and at the YMCA. Other charitable work included travels to Bolivia to treat underprivileged communities and school districts. While there, her and her colleagues educated the local population on the benefits of chiropractic and health.
